Dr. Kim has a passion for serving people who are ready to experience greater health and quality of life.

Dr. Kim is well experienced in prenatal care. She is able to connect with pregnant women and empower them to honour their body and trust the process so they may experience a connected and successful delivery.

Dr. Kim has a variety of adjusting techniques and displays her expertise in knowledge in fitness and nutrition. She is constantly reading research on the latest evolutions in health and exercise physiology.

When she is not serving her patients you will find her at the gym, with her husband Brydon, at the dog park with her dog Harley or cheering her nephew on at the lacrosse field.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Anatomy and Cell Biology from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Sheila Bonnett obtained her Bachelor of Science in the field of Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. She then attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX and graduated with honors in 2008. Following a Chiropractic Pediatric internship in Australia, Dr. Sheila started practicing in Saskatoon in 2009.

Dr. Sheila and her husband Boris have welcomed three amazing daughters into their family. Lily, Claire and Emily keep their lives and hearts full of magic and sparkle. And copious amounts of glitter, glue, and stickers!

She brings her personal experiences of motherhood to the care of families in her practice, and takes special interest in dealing with birth trauma. Dr. Sheila practices prenatal techniques to promote physiologic birth experiences for both mother and infant.

Dr. Sheila lives a very full life balancing family, self care, responsibilities and play! She maintains an active lifestyle with her family with camping, travel and she loves teaching her kids how to cook nutritious food. Dr. Tim Thiemann completed the Advanced Massage Therapy program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2010. He followed that by attending the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in Kinesiology. Dr. Tim graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland, New Zealand in 2018. He has an amazing wife Katelynn, a wonderful daughter and son, Karter and Noah. They have gone on many New Zealand adventures together and have settled down in Saskatoon. They look forward to continuing to build their lives together. With a wealth of experience from almost a decade of working as a Registered Massage Therapist within a chiropractic setting, along with his studies of kinesiology, Dr. Tim has developed an encompassing knowledge of the human body. Growing up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Dr. Tim has always had an interest in sports and continues to enjoy a life of physical activity through soccer, exercising and family adventures. Having gone through his own physical and mental health struggles, he has greatly benefited from receiving massage therapy treatments himself.
